The Mercer County Top Producers is a successful group of Realtors who have been gathering since 1987. The Criteria for being in the group is that you must achieve the Circle of Excellence award, Bronze level and above that, you must produce 5 million dollars in sales or 17 units each year. The MCTPA is comprised of the best agents from many of the local real estate firms.
Their purpose is to offer home buyers and sellers the highest level of service available. When hiring a Top Producer you are also tapping into the experience of all 71 agents. Their monthly meetings give them an opportunity to share their expertise and techniques with each other, announce new listings, and listen to real estate related professionals who keep them educated on the latest laws, practices, new products, market trends and new technology. This ultimately helps make their client’s home and selling process a satisfying experience. There are many steps in the home buying and selling process. Working together, they can make the process seamless for both buyer and seller. At monthly meetings, your agent will be telling 70 agents about their new listing, sometimes before it even hits the market. This gives your home a head start by making these agents aware of the property so that they can already be thinking of a buyer who might be the perfect fit for your home.
Their commitment to professionalism, performance, dedication, and service to the customer is a top priority. Only about 5% of all members of the Mercer County Board of Realtors achieved membership in the Top Producers Association.
At the end of each year, the Mercer County Top producers donate money to local charities, such as Women’s Space, Wounded Warriors, Toys for Tots and the Mercer Street Friends Food Bank.
If you are looking to buy or sell a home, be sure to call one these top agents in your area!

"I had the pleasure of working with Maura on a property in Lawrenceville that we owned. Knowing Maura's quality reputation in the area, we contacted her and put the property up for sale. We found Maura to be very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and caring through the process. She brought us a buyer & managed the closing professionally. Highly recommend Maura's service to any buyer or seller! She does not oversell her promises, but meets the ones she makes! My husband and I are grateful and appreciative client of Maura's.
